Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Give exceptional customer service.
- Receive incoming telephone calls and direct to appropriate departments.
- Communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner
- Monitor for Safely You Alert System calls and notify appropriate personnel immediately.
- Process mail, receive & record payments and make electronic deposits.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment, follow established safety standards.
- Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments
- Direct responding emergency personnel and be contact person in case of emergency
- Maintain visitor sign in/out book, facilitate resident transportation and submit maintenance work orders
- Assist the Sales Director with inquiry phone calls, welcoming arriving tours.
- Assist the Activity Department with preparations & some event set up..
- Be knowledgeable about information pertaining to the daily operation of the community and be able to answer resident and staff questions on a variety of topics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (word, excel, etc.), typing and writing.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Warm, welcoming personality.
- Experience in customer service is highly desired.
- Polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
- Upbeat and positive team player attitude
- Organizational skills with time, material and systems. Detail oriented.
- Creativity, enthusiasm and dependability.
