Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team.
The Financial Planning Analyst position is integral to our corporate financial forecasting and analysis efforts, supporting strategic planning, management decision-making, and corporate objectives. This role requires a blend of analytical, evaluative, creative, and advisory skills to provide management with essential financial data necessary for setting and achieving financial goals.
Responsibilities
Hybrid work options are available for this role. The successful candidate will be required to work at our Spokane, Washington headquarters at least 3 days per week including Mondays and Tuesdays with an additional day determined by the employee and manager.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team.
The Financial Planning Analyst position is integral to our corporate financial forecasting and analysis efforts, supporting strategic planning, management decision-making, and corporate objectives. This role requires a blend of analytical, evaluative, creative, and advisory skills to provide management with essential financial data necessary for setting and achieving financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to forecast corporate performance.
- Maintains/modifies the Company’s financial forecasting model to reflect current and future operations.
- Reviews the results of the forecasting model for accuracy, completeness, and reasonableness.
- Researches, analyzes and recommends action on capital investment, projects/programs, and other related financial issues.
- Provides financial analysis for special projects as needed.
- Determines required levels of analysis needed for key issues requested to be reviewed and develops a recommendation and/or proposal based on that analysis.
- Works collaboratively across the organization; including, but not limited to Accounting, Tax, Regulatory Affairs, Treasury, and Operations.
- Provide advisory support to management on financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate financial insights and recommendations to management.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in in accounting, economics, mathematics, finance or a related discipline
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, internal controls and regulatory rules/regulations is required
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, forecasting tools and other applications, preferred
- Strong background in Excel and other highly configurable applications, preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive responsibility in reporting and accounting analysis
- Minimum of 7-years of progressive responsibility in reporting and accounting analysis
