Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those you assist.
Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, transfers, oral care, toileting and other ADL's.
- Administer medications following proper protocols
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Monitor and record vital signs as required
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs - Assist with shopping/errands/escorts
Requirements: - Experience in caregiving, nursing, or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality -Knowledge in Abuse and Neglect and incident report
- Familiarity with home community care practices
- Ability to administer medications accurately
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform caregiving tasks
