Job Description: As an Invasive Radiology Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting cardiac catheterization and vascular intervention procedures. Your expertise will be invaluable in performing emergency procedures associated with catheterization, such as IAB and temporary pacemaker insertion. You will also contribute to NCDR registry reporting, quality initiatives, and compliance requirements for Cath Labs under the guidance of credentialed invasive radiologists or cardiologists.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this position, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a graduate degree from a diploma, associate, or baccalaureate academic program. A minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in an acute care/critical care environment is required. Additionally, you must hold current BLS and ACLS certifications.
