Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and review of symptoms
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and other therapies
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and treatment options
- Partner with exciting longevity and precision medicine vendors
- Expand your procedure skills in cutting edge technologies
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and clinic policies and procedures
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in CA
- Certification from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- At least 3 years of patient care experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in using modern computer-based EMR/EHR systems
