Position Title : IT Support Technician
Location – Ventura, CA
Reports to : VP, Information Technology
Compensation : 65 – 70K with annual bonus
AVITA Medical is a regenerative medicine company leading the development and commercialization of devices and autologous cellular therapies for skin restoration. Our FDA-approved RECELL System technology platform treats patients with thermal burn wounds and full-thickness skin defects and is used for re-pigmentation of stable depigmented vitiligo lesions by harnessing the regenerative properties of a patients’ own skin to create Spray-On Skin cells.

Position Summary :
The IT Support Technician position will be performing activities associated with configuring, installing, supporting and maintaining a wide range of IT software, hardware, and related services. This position requires excellent hardware and software troubleshooting skills, ability to follow directions, and excellent communication skills to facilitate top level customer service to the end users.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor helpdesk to provide day-to-day support for all users both on-site and remote.
- Resolve all hardware / software problems by either fixing the problem or escalating to the appropriate resource.
- Clearly and effectively communicate in a timely and respectful manner with end users.
- Build, configure, and install PC and MAC computers.
- Configure and deploy iOS and Android devices.
- Resolve network printing issues from connectivity to maintenance and part replacement.
- Support telecom connectivity and operation.
- Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while still maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to streamline the day-to-day IT operations.
