Job Summary: The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will serve as a technical resource for the production of AVITA Medical products, working closely with contract manufacturers and suppliers to ensure product control documents are current and properly implemented.
Main Responsibilities:
- Technical and engineering expertise in the development and validation of manufacturing processes
- Design and implementation of tools and equipment to improve manufacturing efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with engineering best practices, international standards, and regulations
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving, including root cause analysis
- Implementing corrective and preventive actions for production non-conformances
- Continuous process monitoring, evaluation, and improvement for quality, efficiency, and costs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
- 5 years of experience in medical device manufacturing or a related field
- Experience with FDA QSR and ISO standards
- Demonstrated knowledge in product validation and introduction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
