Avita PM is looking to fill our Leasing Consultant Position at Casa Paz Apartments!
A bit about Casa Paz Apartments
- Property currently has about 30% vacancy so commissions will be high for the leasing consultant!!
- Property is in recovery mode due to the previous management company's lack of success
- We will be working on creating a better living experience for all the tenants and providing a much improved level of service.
Pay : $22.00 / hour
Schedule : Mon-Fri (Wednesday and Sunday off) and Saturday (10-4pm)
Time in / out- Varies but a typical day is Mon-Fri- 8 : 50 am-6-6 : 30 pm.
For the 1st 90 days, the right candidate must be able to remain very flexible on their schedule due to training.
