Avita Property Management is seeking a Property Manager for our community located in Cypress Station.
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and bilingual and have 2 years of multifamily experience as a Property Manager (at least 1 year of Class C experience).
This position will have a competitive salary and quarterly NOI bonus potential!
Top Candidates Will Have :
- Performance-driven, an eye for detail, and a self-starter approach
- Leadership skills with a focus on building and mentoring a solid team of high performers.
- Customer Service orientated- a high performer in online positive resident reviews
- Organized and able to process and delegate administrative work to be completed timely
- Must have a minimum of 2 years in the multifamily industry as a Property Manager with 1 years of Class C experience
- Bilingual a huge plus
