Administrator – 35 hours £22,000 and 40 hours £25,142 Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part time working). However, we want you to have the flexibility to increase your working hours if it suits you, so we also offer the option for enhanced 40-hour contract which has an enhanced salary. This is a great job for someone has a passion for customer service & the desire to become a true systems expert, then this administration role is for you! This friendly team consists of 16 people who are all responsible for a range of demands, from effectively completing mid-term changes, running training sessions on our online portal, to onboarding policies. Your role will ensure members on a corporate company healthcare scheme will have a positive experience whilst becoming a subject matter expert. A bit about the job: You will provide an effective, pro-active service to all customers, ensuring all policy details are updated & managed accurately within agreed service standards and agreements. You will take ownership, whilst problem solving to investigate and resolve often complex queries. You will complete demands received from internal and external customers through a variety of channels so you must be confident to communicate with relevant stakeholders across business areas.
