We are looking for someone to lead this 50 unit community with an entrepreneurial mindset who understands that this position requires the ability to run a business.
THE POSITION:
As Executive Director, you will direct, and be accountable for, all departments to ensure they meet AVIVA- quality standards in operations as well as finance and budgetary goals. You will be responsible for marketing and sales activities with assistance from a move-in coordinator and the rest of the team. As you provide leadership and mentoring for the staff, you will prioritize the safety and well-being of our residents.

EXPERTISE REQUIRED:
Leadership: to oversee, encourage, mentor the diverse staff including sales, nursing and wellness, dining, maintenance and housekeeping.
Sales: to direct sales, marketing, and business development by creating innovative marketing strategies and hold teams accountable for success.
Business aptitude: to understand that you are running a big business and are responsible for meeting budgetary and other performance goals. Ability to read and understand financial reports.
Care and empathy: to deal with families and residents to ensure the well-being of residents and peace of mind for families.
EXPERIENCE:
- At least five years of leadership experience in the senior-living industry.
- Hands-on experience in financial management, budget preparation, cash flow management.
- Medicaid Waiver experience.
- Prefer LNHA certification.
