Resident Care Provider

A Resident Care Provider is responsible for providing care and assistance to residents in a senior living community. They work under the supervision of a licensed nurse and are responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Administer medications as prescribed by a licensed nurse
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report any concerns to the nursing staff
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed
• Participate in resident activities and events
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care
