POSITION PURPOSE:

The Outpatient Behavioral Health therapist will be a core member of the Outpatient Behavioral Health (OBH) team. The licensed clinician will utilize clinical skills to provide treatment using evidence-based treatments with adults, children, and families. The therapist will establish and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the patient based on the therapist’s clinical assessment. If you are working towards your licensure, we provide a positive, supportive experience for you. Possible loan repayment by the NHSC. New grads who are unlicensed are encouraged to apply.

SHIFT and SCHEDULE:

• 4 x10- hour shifts or
• 5 x 8-hour shifts
• No On-Call
• Day Shift
• Monday to Friday

WORK SETTING:

• Outpatient
• Clinic

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of a master’s degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
• Registered Associate in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, working towards Oregon licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Passion for serving the underserved.

Salary : $75,371 - $95,594
