Housekeeping Attendant

Location: Acworth, GA, 30101

Job Description:

The Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. The attendant will be expected to perform the following duties:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms
• Vacuum, dust, and mop floors
• Change bed linens and towels
• Restock guest room amenities
• Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators
• Assist with laundry and linen inventory
• Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
