Qualifications
Educational / Professional:
- One year certificate from College or Technical School, or one to three years related experience, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior staff scheduling and medical records experience required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel), scheduling software, and HRIS platforms.
- Ability to handle difficult situations while maintaining professional conduct.
- Capable of meeting challenges and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to be a self-starter with little need for direction.
- Able to perform sedentary work with frequent interruptions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
