LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Full-Time Day Shift 7am-7pm
Aviva Senior Living is looking for a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Anchin Assisted Living & Memory Care Communities!
Aviva has specialized in creating a full-service community for seniors for over 30 years. We offer a full continuum of care including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation.
Job Duties Include:
- Identify resident problems, concerns, or issues and provide appropriate follow-up to ensure resolution.
- Review and update care plan, physician orders, and other records to ensure resident needs are met.
- Complete “point of service” documentation within the electronic medical record database.
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures and participate in facility quality improvement and safety programs.
- Review resident treatment and medication records to assure quality of care.
- Supervise direct care staff and monitor effective service delivery during assigned shift.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Must hold clear/active LPN License in the State of Florida.
- Must have CPR Certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare/senior living preferred.
