The AVIVA Senior Living strategy is to turn under-performing assets into the best in the market. And we have found great success in that model.
However, in Rochester, MN, we have a unique challenge on our hands, so we are looking for a regional director-level pro to help us optimize an IL, AL, MC community. The 88-unit property is in a beautiful setting and has received extensive renovation. But it needs a strong leader.
The successful applicant will focus on
- The recruitment, training, and retention of talent of both leadership and operations staff.
- Financial management, requiring skills in managing budgets as well as capital expenditures.
We need a superstar, regional-level person for this position. It’s a beautiful property, but a challenging situation. You will be highly compensated for accomplishing our business goals. And once this challenge is complete, we can offer you more opportunities.
This is a highly incentivized position with a generous base bonuses (and of course exceptional benefits).
EXPERTISE REQUIRED
Leadership : to oversee, encourage, and mentor the staff including sales, nursing, activities, dining, maintenance and housekeeping.
Sales : to direct sales and marketing teams and hold them accountable for results.
Business attitude : to understand that you are running a big business and will be held responsible for its financial and operational performance. And you will be rewarded accordingly.
Compassion and care : to deal with families and residents to ensure the well-being of residents and peace of mind for families.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
At least five years in a leadership role in the senior-living industry.
LALD certification to meet Minnesota requirements or ability to quickly achieve this requirement
Hands-on experience in financial management, budget preparation, cash flow management.
Experience with Medicaid Waiver a plus.
