The Senior Living Sales Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective residents and family members through the sales process, leasing Independent Living and Assisted Living apartments, and achieving move-in goals.
What we ask of you:
- Maintain and improve upon occupancy level and revenue production of the community to include managing the sales process and completing all activities required for a sale.
- Manage the sales process by assisting prospective resident, their family members, and/or advisors in the decision-making process by understanding their needs and educating them about the community's services and programs.
- Generate and track sales leads and manage customer relationship data/reports.
- Maintain and demonstrate a positive image of the community with referral sources, residents, and staff personnel.
- Represent the community and increase awareness through planning and participation in campus and outside events, professional groups, and community involvement in the local market.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, required.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in senior sales and marketing and/or a related healthcare field.
CCRC experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a team environment, a willingness to be flexible, strong attention to detail, and a desire to work with seniors.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
Commitment to customer service excellence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel; CRM database system experience required.
