Senior Living Sales Counselor: Full-Time

Aviva is looking for someone with proven experience and a heart of gold who is interested in impacting the lives of seniors!

The Sales Counselor is responsible for meeting with prospective residents during regular daily appointments, applying effective sales techniques, and meeting or exceeding deposit, reservation, and settlement/revenue goals of this rental senior living community with all three level of the continuum of care.

What we ask of you:

• Conducting daily appointments and building trusting relationships with prospective residents
• Participating in community marketing events
• Working with the Sales Director and the Marketing team on advertising campaigns and incentive programs for the community target area and customers
• Identifying, qualifying, and owning prospects leads through referrals, phone interactions, face-to-face interactions, advertising leads, etc., and follow-through to inspire them to act.
• Influencing prospects through strategic messages, tactics, talking points, events, etc. and customized incentives.

· Knowledge of CRM with the commitment for daily documentation, follow up with scheduled activities and planning future activities to advance the sale for both IL and AL/ALM leads

· Ability to plan and execute events and network/outreach opportunities.

· Must love working with seniors and their families and be driven to achieve.

College degree (A.A. or Bachelor’s) required.

· A minimum of 2 years of successful marketing or sales experience is required.

. 3-5 years Senior Living sales experience with a proven track record

.Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to relate well with seniors

.Must read, write and speak English

Compensation: $63,000-$65,000 & Commission

Must be able to pass a level 2 background check and drug screening.
