Shift Details :
We are currently searching for a Medication Assistant to join the following shift : 2 pm - 10 pm (part time). Please note, this may change throughout employment as needed with notice.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Providing residents with medication administration, treatment assistance and services according to the health care provider's orders.
- Adhering to the narcotic and PRN policies of Aviva Senior Living.
- Reporting any changes in residents' physical condition and / or behaviors.
- Maintaining resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
- Following the schedule of the resident's needs set out by the supervisor.
- Providing emotional and social support to residents.
- Adhering to all policies and procedures of the community.
- Fulfilling other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Regular and predictable attendance daily.
