Position Overview :
Aviz Networks is seeking an experienced Technical Marketing Engineer to drive the adoption and communication of our AI-focused solutions, including Network Copilot, Network Visibility portfolio, and SONiC solutions . This role will bridge technical expertise with strategic marketing efforts, acting as a key advocate for our products both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will be skilled in technical product marketing , with hands-on knowledge of AI technologies and networking and a passion for connecting innovative products to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities : 1. Evangelize Aviz Product Portfolio :
- Effectively communicate the technical value of Aviz solutions to customers and partners.
- Position Aviz Networks as a leader in AI-driven networking and vendor-agnostic solutions .
2. Technical Liaison and Advocacy :
Serve as a bridge between engineering teams, the field, channel partners, and customers to ensure deep understanding of Aviz product capabilities.Gather valuable feedback on customer needs and market trends to guide product enhancements .3. Content Creation and Delivery :
Develop technical marketing content, including :Demo videosWhite papersTechnical guidesTraining seminarsIndustry presentationsSupport the team in promoting technical content on social media and through targeted marketing campaigns to increase reach and engagement.4. Customer Engagement and Insight Gathering :
Work closely with early adopters to identify use cases and gather insights.Validate product strategies to align with customer challenges and evolving technologies.5. Technical Training and Sales Enablement :
Provide training and support to sales teams and partners.Develop collateral such as product demonstrations and technical presentations to empower the team with product knowledge.6. Represent Aviz at Industry Events :
Act as a technical influencer at industry conferences, webinars, and customer events .Strengthen Aviz’s presence and brand credibility through thought leadership .7. Continuous Learning and Adaptation :
Stay up-to-date with networking, AI, and data center trends to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.Qualifications : Experience :
5 years in technical product marketing, product management, or a related role in the networking space.Technical Proficiency :
Deep technical knowledge of network operations, SONiC solutions, and network visibility (including packet broker and service nodes ).Experience with Disaggregated NOS solutions , including :Enterprise SONiC, Arrcus, DriveNets, BigSwitch, Cumulus, IP Infusion , etc.Strong understanding of Data Center Network protocols and Network Operations , including :Orchestration, observability, real-time alerts, performance monitoring, and RoCE networks .Hands-on experience with Python, Ansible, and open-source-based systems to create MVPs for the Network Operations layer .Understanding of Data Center, Edge, and GPU network design principles, configurations, and customer pain points .Strong desire to learn and fine-tune LLMs .Strategic Skills :
Proven ability to develop and implement go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth .Collaboration and Teamwork :
Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, sales, and marketing)Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)Industry Knowledge :
