System Development Engineer- Energy Management Functions (Senior-level)

We are seeking a talented System Development Engineer - Energy Management Functions to join our team, focusing on the definition, development, and integration of components in vehicle powertrains, transmissions, chassis, and body structures.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Define, develop, and integrate components for vehicle powertrains, transmissions, chassis, and body systems.
  • Specify requirements for components and functions.
  • Actively contribute to risk assessments and technical analyses, including FMEA and FTA.
  • Ensure product quality, adherence to timelines, cost efficiency, weight optimization, manufacturability, and supplier management within simultaneous engineering (SE) teams.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, define test cases, and execute testing procedures.
  • Provide innovative suggestions and solutions to resolve technical conflicts related to products and projects.

YOUR PROFILE :

  • More than 5 years of engineering experience in automotive test systems development.
  • Willingness to work at customer facilities in Casablanca, with possible commuting to Kenitra.
  • Innovative and structured work approach.
  • Intercultural competence.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent networking abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
