Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders at target companies.
- Leverage your network to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client and tailor your approach accordingly.
Business Development:
- Proactively identify and pursue potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and emerging opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and SOWs to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Client Management:
- Manage existing client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with our consulting team to understand their service offerings and identify potential opportunities with the client.
- Keep clients informed about relevant recruitment and project opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience:
