Are you a relationship builder with a knack for closing deals?


We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to connect us with top-tier technology companies . Your role will be to:

  • Build Relationships: Forge strong connections with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Hunt for Deals: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Close Deals: Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts.


Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Building:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders at target companies.
  • Leverage your network to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client and tailor your approach accordingly.

Business Development:

  • Proactively identify and pursue potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and SOWs to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Client Management:

  • Manage existing client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our consulting team to understand their service offerings and identify potential opportunities with the client.
  • Keep clients informed about relevant recruitment and project opportunities.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between clients and our consulting team


Required Skills and Experience:

  • [Must Have] Has prior experience of working for Apple
  • Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the IT consulting or recruitment industry.
  • Deep understanding of the corporate landscape, especially in technology and hospitality sectors.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build rapport with high-level executives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales methodologies.
  • A passion for building long-lasting relationships with client
