What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workday Studio Integration Developer position at AVM Consulting Inc?
We're seeking a Workday Integration Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining over 100 integrations using Workday Studio, and EIB. You'll be responsible for analyzing technical impacts, creating documentation, training clients, and ensuring seamless data flow across our Workday ecosystem. This role will be focusing on implementing HCM, while Workday Financial experience is nice to have.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and communicate the technical impacts of proposed Workday integrations.
- Develop and maintain Python /Java code for SOAP integrations.
- Configure Workday Studio DT and EIB integrations.
- Create clear and concise documentation for L2/L3 support teams.
- Deliver training sessions to educate clients on Workday integration best practices.
Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in Workday HCM, and Workday Studio.
- Workday Financial is nice to have.
- Experience with FDM, and Configuration Workbooks is nice to have.
- Workday security understanding.
- In-depth knowledge of financial management processes (P2P, O2C, R2R).
- Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft preferred). Nice to have.
- 4 years of business process analysis and requirements gathering.
- Workday experience and/or certification are a plus.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in a consulting environment.
- Workday Financial Management certification.

- Location: Reston, VA. This job requires to visit the office once in a week, but local candidates are preferable
