Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities:
Review work cards to ensure each project reflects accurate and complete information.
Complete internal and external audits as required to maintain the Avmax Quality Assurance program.
Update and maintain an approved vendors list and vendor files.
Maintain internal records for aircraft under Avmax control.
Qualifications:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work alone and in a team environment.
Work well with little supervision and pay close attention to details.
Demonstrated ability to work well with others.
0-2 years administrative experience.
Preferred Experience:
2 years' experience in a related field preferred, but not required.
Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
Demonstrated capability and competency in field of expertise.
Salary : $41,000 - $61,000
