We are looking for a passionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team and make a positive impact on the community.

Job Description:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients. You will be responsible for delivering one-on-one therapy, collecting data, and ensuring the implementation of effective behavior interventions in a variety of settings, including home, school, and community environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children and adults with autism or other developmental disorders.
  • Collect data on client progress, behaviors, and interventions in accordance with treatment goals.
  • Foster a supportive, safe, and motivating environment for clients.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to evaluate and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of behavior analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). RBT certification can be provided.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, but not required.
  • Experience working with children or adults with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of others.
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs and challenges.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes or other locations as required.
