Our team are recruiting new team members to join us as Customer Service Representative / Inbound Customer Service Agent supporting our customers. This role is based in our office in Krakow, Poland, on successful completion of your probationary period, we offer the opportunity for hybrid working! This is a fast-paced environment where you as a “people person” with a “flair to deliver for the customer” can take ownership of the call and truly make a difference. Do not worry, you do not need to know anything about electronics! Your customer service and ability to cross sell, up-sell and a passion for learning is key. You can learn everything you need to be successful in the job. What Skills Do We Need? Previous experience in a Contact Centre / Business Centre and / or sales environment Ability to cross sell and link sell and connect with customer to promote opportunities Computer Savvy – good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and ability to learn quickly Sound knowledge of the web and browsing to find results Proven ability to multi task Ability to work under pressure, remain calm and diplomatic at all times Experience of using bespoke in-house systems, Salesforce and/or Orbit would be a bonus but not essential, the passion for learning new things is key Must have computer, email, phone, communication and problem solving skills. Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. English Language Skills. What Will You Be Doing? May provide quotes, order tracking, backlog processing, invoicing, returns, discrepancy resolution, customer credit problems and/or other such support to sales team members and/or external customers. Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with consumer laws.
