Job Summary:
avô Transportation & Language Solutions is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our team. As a Recruiting Specialist, you will play a vital role in growing our provider network by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, identifying potential new providers, and resolving issues with existing providers. This is a full-time position with a competitive starting hourly rate, benefits available after 90 days of employment, a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, and opportunities for growth within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for potential, new, and existing providers.
- Provide detailed information to potential providers about our services, and what expectations the company has of our providers.
- Identifying new and potential transportation and/or interpretation service providers to join the avô network. and coordinating the on-boarding processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential providers and create a pipeline for future needs.
- Work closely with the credentialing team to determine requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Leverage various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media networks, and web searches.
- Manage communication with provider regarding new service areas.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruiting Agent or Recruitment Consultant.
- Strong understanding of the entire recruitment process.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
