The system comprises a research institute, home care/hospice, hospitals, and a multi-specialty group practice of nearly 1000 providers with 1.5 million patient visits annually.
This leadership position requires an accomplished, forward-thinking individual with exceptional relationship-building and management skills, as well as deep knowledge of laboratory services including operations, budgeting, customer service, and quality improvement. The ideal candidate must be skilled at navigating complex organizational structures and possess an understanding of healthcare trends and forces impacting laboratory services.
