What are the responsibilities and job description for the Founding Engineer position at Avoca?
We are looking to bring on an exceptional founding engineer to help us in our mission to revolutionize the way businesses interact with their customers by building an AI-powered CSR for interacting with revenue-sensitive customers. We’ve grown to 7 digits in ARR very quickly and are expecting even faster growth.
What we’re looking for :
- Full-stack engineer with a background in AI, ideally w / 2-4 years experience building complex systems quickly 0-1; we love ex-founders or hackers
- Note : we're open to exceptional college grads with industry experience (e.g. internship).
- Self-directed, high ownership, passionate, low ego; desire to work on a fast-paced, intense, fun team.
- Ambition to build a world-class engineering team
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, ruthlessly prioritize, have high-degree of customer empathy, and have the mental fortitude of being able to overcome any obstacle.
