Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team at Avocet Hospitality Group. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for cooking by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal preparation tasks.
- Set up workstations and ingredients to ensure efficient food preparation according to recipes.
- Undertake basic cooking duties, such as reducing sauces and parboiling food.
- Prepare simple dishes, such as salads and entrees.
Requirements
- High school education required.
- At least one year of kitchen/prep experience or one year of culinary school required.
- Customer Service experience preferred.
