The Hotel Guardian will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and hotel premises. This includes conducting regular security patrols, responding to guest requests, and maintaining accurate records of all security-related incidents.
Duties:
- Conduct regular security patrols of hotel premises.
- Respond to guest requests and emergency situations in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate logs of all security-related incidents and activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve guest issues and improve overall guest experience.
