Pier 101 Restaurant & Bar
Our goal with Pier 101 Restaurant & Bar is to bring back the carefree, easy going, beach vibes from the piers of the past.
Responsibilities:
The Host greets guests upon arrival, informs guests of their wait time, monitors a waiting list, enters guest names into the computer system, shows guests to their table and bids guests farewell as they leave.
The Host takes care of our guests by refilling beverages and performs light housekeeping duties such as cleaning glasses and menus.
The Host ensures restrooms are clean, stocked, and orderly.
The Host answers the phones and fills to-go orders when needed.
Key Performance Indicators:
Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
Requirements:

Equipment Used:
We utilize Resy and POS System technology.
Work Environment:
Hosts are stationed near the restaurant entrance and are on their feet throughout their shifts.
