Job Description
We are seeking a Host or Hostess to provide exceptional service to our guests at BLU Restaurant and Bar.
This role involves being the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide accurate wait times
- Manage reservations and seating chart
- Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas
- Provide food and beverage menus
- Greet customers upon their departure
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years hosting/customer service experience, preferred
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Strong positive attitude and ability to initiate light conversation with guests
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced environment with high guest interaction
- Subject to extreme weather conditions
