Responsibilities
- Build golf clubs to exact specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct thorough quality control on completed products.
- Follow the build schedule set by the Head of Production to meet deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Notify the head of production on equipment condition and performance issues.
- Assist in the improvement of club-building processes and techniques.
- Collaborate with the head of production to resolve build-related issues.

- Club Assembly: Proficient in assembling golf clubs, including shafts, heads, grips, and ferrules.
- Quality Assurance: Ability to inspect and ensure each club meets rigorous quality standards.
