Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a field supervisor in the Commercial Roofing industry or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of various roofing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a roofing team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement timely solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of roofing safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead roofing field team of roofers. Provide guidance, instruction, and support throughout the production of roofing projects.
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of various commercial roofing systems, including flat roofs, metal roofs, and asphalt shingles.
- Effectively communicate roofing project status to Project Manager ensuring that the schedule and resources, including material supply are allocated effectively and roofing project deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure adherence to roofing safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, and Construction Director to ensure clear communication and successful roofing project outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including labor hours, materials used, and project progress.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
