About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to lead sales efforts in our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) vertical. Your main goal will be to identify, engage, and close new clients in the healthcare industry requiring end-to-end RCM services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in healthcare, clinics, and physician groups for RCM services
- Pitch solutions including medical billing, coding, collections, AR follow-up, and denial management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure
- Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Track sales pipeline and report performance metrics
Requirements:
- Proven experience in RCM or healthcare B2B sales
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare systems and revenue cycle operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for consultative selling
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting
- Based in the USA (preferred if client-facing)
