Responsibilities
- Perform installations of products including glass, trim, and other construction materials.
- Execute caulking and construction painting tasks with precision.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation.
- Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, maintaining effective communication throughout the process.
- Utilize tools and equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct masonry work as required for specific projects.
- Assist with welding tasks when necessary, ensuring high-quality results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Skills
- Proficiency in caulking techniques and trim carpentry.
- Experience in construction painting and glass installation.
- Strong ability in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
- Knowledge of masonry practices is preferred.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam software for project documentation is a plus.
- Basic welding skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
