Duties
- Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Perform frame carpentry tasks, including constructing walls, installing doors, and building frameworks for various structures.
- Fabricate custom elements as needed for specific remodeling projects.
- Conduct plastering work to achieve smooth finishes on walls and ceilings.
- Install glass fixtures and components with precision and care.
- Finish concrete surfaces, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
- Restore existing structures while maintaining their integrity and enhancing their functionality.
- Utilize hand tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations throughout the remodeling process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in remodeling or related construction fields is essential.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in frame carpentry techniques is required.
- Familiarity with plastering, glass installation, concrete finishing, and hardscape methods is highly desirable.
