About Us:

Avon Health Center, family owned since 1974, provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice and respite care. We are a 120 bed facility, 90 of which are Long Term and 30 Short Term.

Facility with an excellent reputation in the community we are looking for caring people to provide the quality care we are known for to our residents.



$21.00 to $22.00/hour

$1.00 weekend differential

Pickup Shift Bonuses

Job Details:

Would you like to make a difference in the lives of our residents?    We are looking for caring, compassionate CNAs to provide the quality care we are known for giving to our residents. We are a 5-star CMS rated facility and well known and respected in the community.    If you are a  dynamic CNA who is a team player, enthusiastic, professional, courteous and detail-oriented, we want to meet you!  Compassion is a must! 

PART TIME  (24 HOURS PER WEEK) INCLUDING EVERY OTHER WEEKEND  (7-3 SHIFT)


$21-$22/hour 
PLUS $5.63 - $8.75 per hour for pick up shifts!
$1.00 weekend differential


8 paid holidays (24 hour status)
