Avon Health Center, family owned since 1974, provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice and respite care. We are a 120 bed facility, 90 of which are Long Term and 30 Short Term.

21.00 to $22.00 / hour $3 shift differential

3-11 shift / Full Time (32 hours including every other weekend and every other holiday)

21.00 to $22.00 $3 shift differential

PLUS $5.63 - $8.75 per hour for pick up shifts!

1.00 weekend differential

3.8 weeks PTO

8 paid holidays
