Diagnose mechanical issues and conduct necessary repairs efficiently and accurately. Inspect vehicles using dealership and manufacturer guidelines to ensure safety and performance standards are met. Work closely with the service team to ensure timely and high-quality repairs. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols and dealership procedures. Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers about necessary repairs and maintenance recommendations. Keep up to date with the latest automotive technology and manufacturer training. Test drive vehicles as needed to ensure proper repairs have been completed. Assist in maintaining inventory of parts, tools, and shop supplies. Qualifications - Automotive Service / Lube Tech : All experience levels are welcome to apply—from entry-level Lube Technicians to experienced Service Technicians. Automotive repair and maintenance experience is preferred but not required for Lube Tech roles. ASE certification or manufacturer certifications (preferred but not required). Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Previous Service Experience with CDJR is a PLUS Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with Tekion is a HUGE PLUS Strong communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver’s license and a good driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Must pass pre-employment screening.
