Responsibilities - Automotive Sales Consultant :

  • Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle to suit their needs and preferences.
  • Greet and engage with customers, offering expert guidance on available options.
  • Highlight key features and provide demonstrations of vehicle operation during test drives.
  • Lead customers through a proven sales process to successfully close deals.
  • Present transparent pricing, explain financing options, and efficiently complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Follow up with customers to foster lasting relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure every customer enjoys a premium, seamless buying experience from start to finish.
  • Proactively prospect for new customers to expand our client base.
  • Qualifications - Automotive Sales Consultant :

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, customer interaction, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to effectively present pricing, financing options, and vehicle features to customers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with dealership management software (DMS) and CRM tools, such as Tekion is a PLUS!
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
