Purpose of Position:
The Office Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the office by overseeing administrative functions, coordinating office services, and supporting team productivity. This individual will serve as a central point of contact for employees, vendors, and leadership, helping to maintain a professional and organized work environment.
This role is primarily office-based within a manufacturing facility. The Office Manager may be required to walk the plant floor, interact with shift leaders, and support operational needs. Standard business hours apply, with occasional extended hours during peak production periods. This is an on-site role, with front desk manageability, you will be the initial contact upon entering Team Wendy.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance of office equipment, cleanliness of front office areas, and administrative workspace organization..
- Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and internal events.
- Serve as liaison between plant operations, corporate departments, and external vendors or contractors.
- Maintain office records and manage document retention systems.
- Support HR and finance functions by assisting with onboarding, invoices, and expense reports.
- Support plant leadership with preparation of reports, documentation, and data tracking (e.g., safety logs and visitor logs).
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing direction, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Monitor office budgets and recommend cost-effective strategies.
- Champion a positive, inclusive office culture aligned with company values.
- Help administer employee communications, announcements, and recognition programs
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in office administration or management.
- Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- High level of professionalism and integrity.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Cleveland, OH is $63,000 to $78,000 annually. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, type and years of experience within the industry, education, etc.
