Purpose of Position:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead our recruitment initiatives and enhance our strategy for attracting exceptional talent to our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in implementing effective sourcing techniques and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying the right candidates to onboarding.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers across multiple departments to understand their specific needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly. Your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities will help you identify trends and gaps in our current hiring processes, enabling you to make data-driven decisions that improve overall efficiency. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will ensure that candidates have a positive experience throughout the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting:
- Develop and execute comprehensive high volume recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Assess existing hiring processes to identify areas for improvement and streamline procedures.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for exempt employees globally.
- Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit with the company culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and create targeted recruitment plans.
- Identify and engage various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, campus recruiting, and professional networks to attract top talent.
- Create and maintain documentation of recruitment processes and periodically review and update them as necessary.
- Provide training sessions for hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and understanding the recruitment process.

- Recruiting Administration:
- Draft comprehensive offer letters that outline job responsibilities, compensation packages, benefits, and other relevant employment terms.
- Ensure offer letters comply with organizational policies and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and management to customize offers based on individual candidate qualifications and market standards.
- Communicate offer details clearly to candidates, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Follow up with candidates to secure acceptance of offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
- Compensation Analysis:
- Conduct regular market research to benchmark salaries and benefits against industry standards and trends.
- Analyze compensation data to ensure internal equity and competitiveness in attracting and retaining talent.
- Prepare reports on compensation trends and recommendations for adjustments to salary structures as necessary.
- Consult with management regarding compensation policies and practices to align them with organizational goals.
- Assist in developing and implementing compensation strategies that promote performance and employee satisfaction.
- Employer Branding:
- Drive employer branding efforts to promote Team Wendy as an employer of choice.
- Develop and maintain compelling content for various platforms that reflects our company culture, values, and opportunities.
- Partner with the marketing team to create and implement campaigns that enhance our visibility and attractiveness to potential candidates.
- Applicant Tracking System Management:
- Oversee the implementation and management of our Applicant Tracking System, ADP Recruitment Manager.
- Ensure the ATS is utilized effectively for candidate tracking, reporting, and analytics.
- Train and support hiring managers and team members in using the ATS and streamline recruitment processes.
- Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, negotiating contracts as needed.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on recruitment metrics and make recommendations for changes or improvements.
- Cultivate partnerships with educational institutions and professional organizations for potential recruitment opportunities.
5. Writing Job Descriptions:
- Craft clear, engaging, and inclusive job descriptions that attract diverse candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure all job descriptions accurately represent job responsibilities and requirements.
- Regularly review and update job descriptions to reflect changes in roles or market demands.
6. Reporting:
- Develop and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards to track metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Compile regular reports for senior leadership and stakeholders to demonstrate recruitment progress and provide insights for decision-making.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the recruitment process.
7. Social Media Marketing:
- Leverage social media platforms to promote job openings, share employee stories, and highlight company initiatives.
- Create and curate engaging content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter to attract candidates.
- Monitor social media engagement and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a solid understanding of recruitment best practices within various industries.
- Ability to conduct full cycle recruiting independently.
- Proven experience with applicant tracking systems, reporting tools, and various job boards.
- Experience in using metrics and KPIs to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and continuously improve the process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and C Suite level executives.
- Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong networking abilities to build relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to write and train on new SOPS’s.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts with external vendors.
- Strong orientation to service in responding to needs to internal and external customers, and ability to work with a diverse group of people.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of any and all information encountered.

- Global recruiting experience, specifically in the UK.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Cleveland, OH is $90,000 to $130,000 annually. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, type and years of experience within the industry, education, etc.
