The Ralph D. Butler Elementary School is seeking a full time School Psychologist. The Butler school is a PreK-Grade 5 elementary school serving approximately 400 students in Avon and surrounding communities. All applicants must be certified as a School Psychologist in the state of Massachusetts.The School Psychologist is responsible for the following: Responsible for completing educational and school based psycho-educational and psychological assessments and related reports, as well as providing educational recommendations for students in need.Responsible for providing CONSULTATION services as requested by school personnel, parents/guardians and school administrators to support the provisions of effective instructional services and emotional/behavioral supports to students within the educational environmentResponsible for utilizing assessment data to develop appropriate interventions and/or programs to support/enhance student learning.Responsible for providing teachers, parents/guardians and other service providers with relevant information from assessments, interventions and/or programs
