What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Positions position at Avon School of Music?
Music school has permanent part-time customer service positions, Monday thru Saturday. Hours include at home for 1 hour at Noon. In-person hours from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, 2 to 3 days per week, and optional Saturdays 9:30 am to 1:30 pm. This position requires a person with an exceptional work ethic who is outgoing, friendly, and cheerful as there is regular contact with parents. Good writing and grammar skills for emailing and texting are required. The job also requires someone who is thorough in their work. Dress is business formal. Duties are primarily greeting parents, students, and teachers, relaying messages with the school texting and emailing program, and helping parents enroll in music lessons. Some vacuuming also required. Compensation includes an optional lesson package for immediate family.
