About the Role
The Field Coordinator of Sales Enablement & Programs plays a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and coordination of sales operations and programs. This role supports Avon Ambassadors by managing key projects and initiatives to enhance sales enablement, foster Ambassador engagement, and drive program success. It requires a highly organized individual capable of managing priorities, collaborating across teams, and ensuring all initiatives align with Avon’s core mission and values.
Top Priorities :
- Project Management : Streamline timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure the seamless execution of sales events, incentive campaigns, and programs.
- Content Development : Create and adapt engaging digital and social content to resonate with diverse audiences.
- Ambassador Engagement : Support Ambassador success by fostering collaboration, enhancing resources, and delivering targeted communications and recognition.
- Cross-Functional Coordination : Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and digital teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management & Coordination :
Collaborate with team members to develop project plans and timelines for sales enablement and training initiatives.Regularly update and maintain key project materials, such as PowerPoint decks, project plans and incentive calendars.Monitor project progress, address challenges, and ensure adherence to deadlines.Content Development & Communication :
Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for product briefs and Ambassador communications.Translate and localize social media posts for Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms to ensure relevance and inclusivity.Manage the development of digital content, including Facebook posts, stories, and TikTok metrics tracking.Digital & Social Media Platform Support :
Schedule and manage Sales Emblement Programs, Business Offers content on Social Pages.Coordinate quarterly asset turnover with internal creative teams to update social media visuals and posts.Design recognition visuals and translated copy for awards, events, and incentives on digital platforms.Data Management & Reporting :
Track performance metrics, such as TikTok follower growth and social media engagement, to inform strategies.Analyze and share insights to improve campaign effectiveness and drive Ambassador success.Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Act as a liaison between the organization and key stakeholders to foster positive relationships and collaborations.Engage with diverse teams to support alignment with field and sales enablement goals.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, sales, or digital marketing.3–5 years of experience in coordination or project management, preferably in direct selling or retail.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.Bi-lingual in Spanish (required) with experience translating and localizing content.Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.Key Competencies :
