Places, posts, and receives stock, supplemental, and special orders through the Dealership
computer system, track and report all shortages/claims and damages
Reports special order status to members in Parts Department
Distributes special orders to appropriate department
Prepares a special order aging report for Service Department management
Reconciles parts packing lists against invoices, maintaining files of packing lists
Maintains a credit pending file, reconciling credit memos
Expedites all back ordered parts daily
Knows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to
achieve client satisfaction
Knows and understands the Avondale Group and Information Security Policies, and adhere to
the requirements
Attends weekly department meetings
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License)
None required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The
employee is occasionally required to utilize manual dexterity as well as stoop, kneel,
crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds,
frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50
pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision,
color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
