Our Avondale Experiential Marketing Manager is responsible for executing high-quality experiential marketing events that support brand objectives, generate client engagement, and contribute to business results. This role focuses on the coordination and execution of dealership events, vehicle launches, community activations, and partnership initiatives, while ensuring alignment with digital strategies, brand standards, and operational goals.Working under the direction of the Vice President of Marketing and in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Director, this role manages event logistics, vendor coordination, day-of execution, and partner relationships. The manager also supports internal cross-functional alignment and supervises the Experiential Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilities

Strategic Event Execution & Logistics- Execute experiential marketing initiatives including dealership events, vehicle launches, and community activations.- Source and manage client gifting for events and marketing initiatives, including vendor selection, ordering, and timely delivery in alignment with brand standards.- Implement event plans and goals developed in partnership with marketing leadership.- Coordinate logistics such as run-of-show documents, vendor communication, venue management, registration tracking, and onsite execution.- Ensure all experiential and event activities meet OEM requirements.- Identify and coordinate vendor partnerships that support execution needs.- Support CRM processes by ensuring accurate attendee data capture and reporting.- Partner with the Experiential Marketing Specialist on preparation and on-site event duties.Partnership & Community Engagement- Maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and manufacturer contacts.- Support identification of potential strategic partners and recommend opportunities to leadership.- Ensure community event presence aligns with brand positioning and supports dealership reputation.- Coordinate local sponsorships and branded activations in partnership with internal stakeholders.Cross-Functional Collaboration- Collaborate with store leadership, sales and service teams, and business development to ensure events support lead generation and client experience.- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Director to ensure integration with digital and CRM efforts.- Provide logistical support to the Partnership & Brand Specialist (Premier Collection) as needed.Team Management & Development- Supervise and mentor the Experiential Marketing Specialist, ensuring strong execution support and professional development.- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure accountability.Reporting & Optimization- Support post-event and post-partnership reporting including attendance, client feedback, and basic performance metrics.- Participate in post-event debriefs with the marketing team to provide feedback and suggest logistical improvements.Brand Experience & Compliance- Ensure all events meet brand standards and provide a premium client experience.- Support compliance with manufacturer marketing guidelines and co-op submission processes.REPORTING STRUCTURE & TEAM INTEGRATION- Reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing- Collaborates with the Digital Marketing Director for event integration and lead tracking- Manages the Experiential Marketing Specialist- Works alongside internal teams and manufacturer partners

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- 3-5 years of experience in event marketing or brand activations- Experience managing logistics, external vendors, and partner relationships

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS- Valid Driver’s License- Clean Driving RecordPHYSICAL DEMANDS- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds- Must be comfortable working in active event environments
